Utah’s Green River, nestled quaintly near the three corners area (where Utah, Colorado, and Wyoming come together), is a mecca for western fly fishing. The cool, crystal clear waters that flow from Flaming Gorge dam are an Idyllic habitat for the 8,000 to 20,000 beautiful trout per mile that live here.

For this population of beautiful, strong, hard fighting fish, there must be an ample supply of insects for the fish to feast on. This occurs on the Green River through it’s plentiful terrestrial insects, as well as incredibly prolific hatches of midges, caddis, little yellow stoneflies, and other assorted winged, and swimming, insect life.

Come join me for a guided fly fishing trip through one of the most beautiful places that exists on this planet. The incredible towering red rock cliffs, and ample wilderness, are sure to make your fishing and floating on this little slice of paradise a truly memorable experience. One which you will be sure to treasure for many years to come.

And as an added bonus, the fish in this river love to eat dries.
